Unrestricted Program:

Class 4 unrestricted driving license is required to drive a vehicle with a total passenger capacity of 25 including the driver. Vehicles like school buses, special activity buses and other transport vehicles carrying people with disabilities like HandyDART.

Restricted Program:
This class 4 restricted program are specially designed for the drivers interested to work for ride-hailing companies like Lyft and Uber.

 
Taxi drivers and ambulance drivers require a class 4 restricted license to transport a small number of passengers.

 
A restricted license driver can transport a maximum of 10 passengers in vehicles such as taxis and limousines, ambulances, or shuttle vehicles.
